The hotel was clean and the staff very hospitable. My daughter was unwell and they were able to accommodate an early checkin. The view from the hotel rooftop restaurant was fantastic with stunning views of the city.
Perfect location for site seeing. Very clean room with comfortable bed and great air-conditioning. Staff were proactive, friendly and helpful. Great range in the buffet breakfast offerings and amazing views of the city/ mosques at night from the rooftop restaurant!
The hotel staff were very polite, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. I really appreciated their service and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
The location was perfect. Many things close and a variety of shops nearby.

The location of the hotel was very good with easy access to the Grand Bazaar and metro. The view from the top floor was incredible.

The lobby needs to be upgraded, the design of the entrance is too kitch to give the impression of a 5 star hôtel (The plastic flowers should be taken away, the sofas are of poor taste ). In fact, it tries to pretend to be a classy hotel but it needs some serious changes to reach that level. The staff was really kind special mention for Erhan from the swimming pool area (sorry if is not the right spelling), he was very welcoming, nice and eager to offer the best experience. The hotel location is very convenient.... Very good breakfast... Awesome views from the terrace (day and night)... The hotel is very quiet and the windows have good noise insulation...
Just a little detail for those who need complete darkness in order to sleep well... The courtains from our room were not dark enough... However, there are rooms with shutters... The staff cooperated in order to fix this little issue, so it was not a real problem for us, and it didnt affect the good experience...
Very comfortable beds and pillows, good water pressure and temperature, excellent breakfast, kind and nice staff, wonderful location, within walking distance to the main monuments. We also did the Turkish baths at the hotel spa with massages and it was such a fun and delightful experience. Everyone was so kind and professional!
The Demiray hotel is located in the old city and the most convient was that all the major attractions of Istanbul City was within walking distance. The hotel is very closely located to most of the restaurants and shopping area. The Hotel terrace view was also very beautiful.
Accessibility for the vehicles, the steep roads were a bit strain on the knees whilst walking,
