We has a beautiful stay at the Delfim Douro Hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated and the view from our balcony of the valley & vineyards was gorgeous. The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful if you needed anything.
The food was a little disappointing, breakfast was ok but everything else we had there was very average. I ordered a margarita & the bar person took it onto herself to add some blended up strawberries to it. Wait staff need some extra training.
The view from the room was incredible! The room was very clean and provided a lot of room.

Wonderful location. The views from the hotel gives you what you came to the area for. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast was great and complete.
For the price there were a few things missing. Likes bath robe and slippers The bathroom needs more hooks. The AC was impossible for me to control so I slept with window open.

Beautiful hotel in a great position. The staff were all amazing and very attentive. Everything very clean. Food was amazing.
The large window into the toilet. Even with the blind you can see right into the bathroom. Not sure if that is just a suite thing or in every room.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable with great views from the room and a delicious breakfast. What really makes this hotel stand out though is its phenomenal staff. Every last person was so accommodating and seemingly happy to do everything they could to make our stay memorable.

We would have loved to have eaten at the hotel, but the menu was limited for my daughter who cannot have gluten items. The staff made an excellent recommendation to another local restaurant, though.
The hotel offers a stunning view and is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
