Cons (-) The only drawback that I experienced was that the A.C. would randomly get louder and softer. A more consistent white noise would have been better for sleeping. Luckily I had an App that I could turn on that produced a consistent raining sound to drain out the noise of the A.C..

Pros (+) Everything - the room was nice and cold when we arrived on a hot and humid day. The bed was very comfortable and most of all the breakfast was awesome!

Pros (+) Food is delicious. Staff friendly and eager to help. We were given the wrong key to our room. Front desk person was accommodating and found the correct key quickly.

Pros (+) It was a comfortable room, good size. Restaurant staff were helpful and accommodating.
Cons (-) Check-in was complicated. Staff seemed to be unfamiliar with the credit card process so it took a very long time. It would be nice if they had a microwave for hot water/tea by the coffee machine.
