Pros (+) The best thing about this property is their hospitality. All the receptionists are amazing, helpful and kind. The location is amazing. You are in the heart of Madrid. Walking distance to EVERY THING!

Pros (+) The location was perfect. At the end of the Gran Vía, next to a metro station and close to the palace. The room was clean and contained everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the amazing views from the rooftop bar.
Cons (-) The size of the room was a bit small and the isolation of the windows was a bit too weak. You could hear the noises from the street all the time. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner one time. Overall, the breakfast was tasty but firstly a bit pricey with 20€/person and secondly it looked a bit emptied at 10 am even though breakfast you had to book a slot in advance and breakfast was available until 11...

Pros (+) The Only exceptional thing about this hotel was its location. At the end of the Gran Via and close to the city heart. Bus station and Metro Station were just in front of the hotel.
Cons (-) The room was smaller than expectation, the beds are awful and the mattress was too old and bumpy. The entire hotel especially the lobby are smell like swage. bathroom stuff was too old, and not matching the 4 star hotel which they claim they are but I really doubt it!! the swimming pool which they showed on the roof top was too small and with cold water which cannot be used at all.
