Perfect for us and our room in block E was great with lovely views and so close to the pool. We weren’t right in Oudtshoorn but the drive in was easy and it was lovely and quiet.There is also a restaurant on site if you don’t wish to go out. (We ate there two out of three nights ). Charming guesthouse on an Ostrich farm, wide open spaces, nice pool.

Great location on the farm, easy accessible and the car wash is a great touch.
The room needs some urgent maintanance and lightswitches are broken. Outside stoep and furniture seems like it have not been cleaned in a long time.
The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing stay.
However, there are significant downsides when larger groups are accommodated at the same time as individual guests or families. Unfortunately, it feels like priority is given to the groups, often at the expense of smaller parties. Beautiful , traditionally furnished room. Excellent shower. Attractive view from stoep. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Our car was cleaned while we had coffee before breakfast. All the staff were very pleasant.

This guest house has a great setting and very friendly staff, our room was so spacious, clean and we felt right at home! When we arrived our air conditioner was already on and warming our room for us because it was very cold outside! We really enjoyed staying at De Denne Country Guest House and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Oudtshoorn!
We made a payment for 2 days with Bookings.com. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the guest House, we had to do another as our payment was not reflecting on De Denne County Guest House system. Staff, attentive and friendly. Restaurant, good service, and good food. Car wash was a bonus. Quietness of the location, a definite deal- maker.
Hosts were absent. One could not put a face to the establishment. Garden was fine, but not as crisp and edged as on the photos.
