This is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff where super friendly and we all used a lot of goggle translate due to our lack of Spanish. Food was lovely views spectacular and the room massive comfortable and clean.
There is nothing to dislike about this place
The property overlooks the beautiful town of Taxco. The location is unique
I upgraded the room I booked, but the windows couldn’t be open, there was no privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The tables ware dirty and when we asked if they could clean it, they never did it. Overall the service was very sloppy and slow. The quality of the food is very mediocre.
the hotel is up on a hill outside of town and has a fantastic view of Taxco, that was absolutely the best thing about the hotel.
the only option for eating is the restaurant at the hotel. Also the night we were there they had music in the restaurant and you could hear it everywhere in teh hotel. so it's not very soundproofed. Nothing… bigger signs to the hotel
The rooms are very spacious, nice design, facilities and the food is great. The view from the hotel is incredible.
A bit far away from the center and all attractions (around 15 mins by car) - but it can be a plus as well since it’s very quiet. It’s quite easy to get a taxi though.
Great view for breakfast! good selection of traditional Mexican desayuno as well as basic pancakes and egg options.
The rooms had glade plug-in room deodorizers that gave my partner a headache. We unplugged ours. The rooms are clean and neat so I'm not sure why they need these room fragrance dispensers.
The rooms are comfortables and the hotel in general is beauty
The terrace of the restaurant had 2 heaters/fire lamps but the staff commented that it was not possible to turn them on at night because they did not work, they were missing a piece, in a hotel of that category it is something that should not happen
Everything...the staff was great, the view was amamzing, the hotube was perfect, and i cant say enough about the town...
