Room rate is too high. No washing machine provides and no international TV channels. The boy in front desk was not professional at all and did not explain the hotel facilities to us,only care the hotel deposit.

Pros (+) The rooms nice , clean and the breakfast ist really good!
Cons (-) The pool is closed since a half year and will not open anymore - they do marketing with it, but don’t operate it anymore. It was the reason firmly I’ve booked it ! Frequent drunken Chinese people on the floors , personal at front desk speaks bad English

Pros (+) I have stayed at this hotel four times and always had a great experience. Although most staff do not speak English, the level of service is excellent. There are always English-speaking staff on reception. The breakfast is very good with a wide selection of food, the dinner buffet is also good if you can't be bothered to go out. Some good restaurants in the local area and it's an easy trip by taxi/...
Cons (-) The gym was refurbished in 2023, and has lots of new equipment... but it doesn't open until 9am, which is not very helpful if you are a business traveller and need to get out to meetings.

It will be convenient for business travelers who use the subway because the hotel is located within a minute's walk to the station. I am satisfied with everything, including the hospitality, facilities, and location.
