Pros (+) Good location and friendly, welcoming staff. Clean room with comfortable bed and nice big shower

Pros (+) Location - the cable car is just across the street! Restaurant - both breakfasts and dinners (we have half-pension) are superb (our compliments to thr chief and waiters). They did not charge us for tap water - which should be a norm, but one rarely can meet in European resort hotels. Very good room and swimming pool.
Cons (-) Lots of kids which are not properly trained (how to behave in the presense of adults) by parents. But of course it is not hotel's fault (but I wonder when these kids attending schools - it seems they have school breaks all the year round?). No other claims to the hotel stuff. Thank them for excellent holidays!

Cons (-) The staff did not show a high motivation to provide a friendly service. Most of them seemed to be shy or introverted. You can have everything - but you always have to ask.
