Rooms are nice
Service is bad
Breakfast was excellent and really the only thing we managed to enjoy from such a short stay
I would more than highly recommend a hand rail in the shower. This is not an essential only for the older or handicapped visitors. It is an essential security safety measure for all as an essential feature to prevent slipping or falling. Another recommendation is to shorten the tap over the wash basin. This property used to be a Club Med and it has all the facilities for outdoor and indoor activities. Great location for exploring Caesaria.
Was there on a weekend and, with all of the families, it felt a bit like the Catskill resorts of my childhood.
I enjoyed the pool and the service in the dairy restaurant was exceptional. I think the children's playroom was well-equipped The grind your own fresh coffee was a great idea.
The carpet in the hallway was a sore eye, but it gave us and the children/grandchildren I showed it to, a good laugh. I think it would be a good idea to charge for children/grandchildren a bit less especially since they are the eaters at the pool. The taking of 800 shekels was a bit confusing when we checked out. Most hotels don't actually take money when you give them your card.
kids club is nice. rooms was big and plasunt.
toilites around the facility like in dining room horrible. brakfast is very basic.
Beautiful grounds and pleasant staff
The room was lovely and big, and the large bathroom was clean and bright. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the gardens and the pool. We had dinner at night in the dining hall and it was good and plentiful. The non-dairy desserts were exceptionally delicious.
There was a constant noise from the pool area from electronic music in the afternoon which meant closing the windows in order to enjoy quiet in the room. Also the cost for one night was ridiculously high, especially since it's winter and the pool is not in use. I felt that the experience didn't justify the price.
