Excellent hotel, and good value for money. Breakfast was great and the restaurant is superb for dinner. There's a partner hotel next door with a sauna etc that guests can use for free. Location is convenient for the old town.
Was a bit chilly in the room, but that wouldn't stop me from coming again.
Staff were helpful and friendly. They spoke good english.

For the price the breakfast for certainly suitable.
For an hotel so recently refurbished the state of the carpeting in the halls was terrible! The dining room is cold, both in the decor and the temperature! They have a side-door in the dinner room that functions as the main entrance to the resturant and an additional entrance to the hotel. The atmosphere is cold and the temperature as well.

The location is very convenient and it has free parking, which is quite suitable for people with little kids. It makes things easier. The room we had was comfortable and clean. Plentiful free parking. All staff were welcoming, helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was a reasonable size for the price and well designed with a large, comfortable bed and 2 easy chairs, even though it was a standard room. Good sound proofing. It was a convenient location
The sofa bed was not ready with bedding. I asked reception for the bed covers. When these were bought up they were the wrong size but the member of staff didn’t change them. They also didn’t bring a pillow case. The carpets are frayed throughout the hotel also
