Pros (+) The grounds were beautiful
Cons (-) The property is not well kept, facets falling off doors won’t close properly. Rooms were not overly clean. Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and no front desk staff was around for 30+ minutes had no idea what was going on. No refund was offered at checkout. Very disappointed with our stay.

Pros (+) Everything except room temperature.
Cons (-) Room temperature was way too hot. I fought with the thermostat from 11 pm until 3 am. I think it was auto set at 24 and would not change.

Cons (-) 1 roll of TP, no Kleenex, no food to be had after 2 besides a muffin or coffee no vouchers for casino. Should have more native art… would be a great place to name missing native women bring awareness and someone might have information.

Pros (+) The property well maintained, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the scenery from the 7th floor while the children enjoyed the pool. The staff friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) We needed to use a microwave for my grandson none in the room.

Pros (+) Great breakfast, way more then I could eat. Nice that hotel is connected to casino, so you don't have to go outside to go back and forth between the two.

Cons (-) Unfortunately, we were unable to get a good night’s sleep due to the alarm system repeatedly went off, causing significant disturbance & preventing us from getting the rest we needed.
