Lobby temperature was too hot
The Japanese-style bath room was very good. Bath, basin and toilet place was spacious and convenient.

The reception was located on the 14th floor which was abit confusing to begin with.
Good room size for the price, short walk to Omiya station, friendly staff. No trouble leaving luggage during the day after checkout (there is an automated self-service locked luggage storage - never seen anything like it before; very convenient and safe).
