The hotel had some nice touches, not least the washing machine. There were other facilities on some floors and options in reception to take to your room. The wet room area worked well.It was water tight and the shower had good power. The cleaning only on request was not an issue.Its a modern building in a decent location close to the station.
The layout of the main room was not great. There should have been sufficient room but it felt a bit cramped. The bed comfort was average.

Nice mid range hotel. Room was slightly small but normal for Japan. Overall happy with the service and facilities. My wife enjoyed the "public bath".

Welcoming staff Onsen was very nice
The rooms are very small! We couldn’t even walk the 2 of us in there. The quality of the room isn’t that great either. We didn’t like the breakfast either

When I arrived I was given a note to say the onsen was not tattoo friendly. Unfortunately I did not see this and when I arrived went straight for the onsen (as that’s why I booked the hotel!) no one minded though and I had a great time. They have bath salts for your hotel room bath though so that would have been nice too, but if you are a westerner with tattoo’s I would recommend going to the onse...Read more
Everything was good!
The beds were quite soft.
We booked a room for 4 guests but because our daughter was 11 yo, she was supposed to sleep in a bed with us. The beds being too small we had to take an extra room
