It is a very good hotel. Close to the station. Lots
I could not complain about the hotel. It was lovely with great amenities and the staff were so lovely.
When I arrived I was given a note to say the onsen was not tattoo friendly. Unfortunately I did not see this and when I arrived went straight for the onsen (as that’s why I booked the hotel!) no one minded though and I had a great time. They have bath salts for your hotel room bath though so that would have been nice too, but if you are a westerner with tattoo’s I would recommend going to the onse...Read more
Everything was good!
The beds were quite soft.
We booked a room for 4 guests but because our daughter was 11 yo, she was supposed to sleep in a bed with us. The beds being too small we had to take an extra room
Very comfortable and the staff were excellent. We booked a smoking room by mistake and the staff were very quickly able to amend this for us and provide us with an identical but non smoking room. Great location to the train station and places to visit. Laundry facilities were available and useful.
The room was the most comfortable I had in Japan, and the Onsen is lovely. The staff are very helpful and the hotel itself is very good!
There are 2 Daiwa Roynet hotels near Kanazawa station. Make sure you select Miyabi when getting direction from your map app of choice
Great location, super clean and staff friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is not worth the price, no real coffee or coffee machine.
Excellent location for the train station. Varied breakfast very well organised by the Japanese hostesses and kitchen staff, food primarily Japanese but with good western options. Nice Japanese style bath on the second floor. And overall the hotel is very clean. Coffee, tea and room amenities offered in abundance for refills in the reception area.
The double room with extra bed that we used for three people was very tight. The location is slightly far from the main touristic sites of Kanazawa.
It's a great hotel located an easy walk from the station. The staff were very welcoming and the buffet breakfast was lovely. The 'Concept' room was beautiful, colourful and very comfortable - it had everything and was extremely well thought out. The onsen was very nice too and had a good security system for the ladies side.
The standard room (as opposed to the concept rooms) is very small albeit with a very large bed. Parking at the hotel uses a tower stacking system which is a little inconvenient, although there are several other parking facilities nearby.
Chose the hotel due to location (beside Kanazawa Station) and the availability of a room which comes with a washer/dryer. Daiwa Roynet Hotel was also able to help with luggage delivery services when requested. The stay was superb!
