The location is excellent and the bed was comfortable
Two things I hated in the property The rooms are not sound proofed the sound of the train going by and your neighbors if they decide to leave the room the sound of the door banging The tv is very outdated, connecting to YouTube takes forever no Netflix or other streaming apps, channels for foreigners is very limited to cnn and discovery channel
Central location, excellent staff
We all had a very quiet room for sleeping well & great respect shown.
Had a scare with the bath tub water not knowing I put a foot into boiling hot water. Very dangerous high temperature for the hot water partly burnt my foot. Not very safe for young children.
Excellent bed linen. Liked the pyjamas. Pillows were great. Room was comfromtable and a good size.
The shower had missing grout and it wil be great if they continue maintenance upkeep.
Excellent location so close to subway, shops, restaurants and bars. Large comfy rooms with excellent staff and service. Beautiful large hotel with many amenities on sight.

Location is excellent, very close to the Shimbashi train station and lots of good food around.
I had to bring my luggages down to the lobby myself as they did not have enough manpower. If I wanted help with my luggages, it would take 30 minutes.
The hotel is well-located but more expensive than other hotels in the area, and it is not worth the price.
What I liked least about the hotel was the bed, which was very low and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi signal was also poor. My wife needed a foam pillow due to her allergy, but it was difficult to find one, as they only provided feather pillows. A good hotel in the Ginza area.
There was no bar area or seats in the reception area where you could relax.
Such a beautiful hotel with large rooms. The bed was bigger than a king size bed. The amenities in rooms are more than what we need. Customer service was excellent and always politely smiling.
I can’t fault anything.
