I liked the location and also my floor has access to the lounge, but i really wished that the lounge has a microwave and paper cups. Otherwise everything was perfect.
I didn’t like the buffet, the food options is very small compared to the hotel luxury, even though there are ala-carte menu in the other restaurant, still small options. There is access to Ginza lines under the hotel, but no one informed me about it, came to know by myself.
Very comfortable, great staff, excellent service, breakfast etc.
The room was the largest hotel room we had in all of Japan!!! It was so beautiful and pampering. The bathroom was fabulous! I wanted to stay longer. We took a limo bus to Narita airport and it came straight to the hotel. It was convenient.
The breakfast was nice but just ok. There weren't enough shelves to manage my clothes.
Great location. I loved the greenery in the foyer.
Carpets were a bit dirty looking but I think it was because they were old.
We love Dai-ichi. It is our favorite hotel in Tokyo, and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Tokyo. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the amenities very good. It is a quiet hotel in a great location. Beside the train station, with quite a number of good restaurants nearby!
When making the reservation, we mentioned that we hoped to be arranged a quieter room with a view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel was very considerate and made arrangements for us, giving our vacation a pleasant surprise. As a hotel in the prime area of Tokyo, the room was spacious and the location is very convenient. It is close to Ginza and the subway station. There are several 24hrs convenience store...

The location is excellent and the bed was comfortable
Two things I hated in the property The rooms are not sound proofed the sound of the train going by and your neighbors if they decide to leave the room the sound of the door banging The tv is very outdated, connecting to YouTube takes forever no Netflix or other streaming apps, channels for foreigners is very limited to cnn and discovery channel

We all had a very quiet room for sleeping well & great respect shown.
Had a scare with the bath tub water not knowing I put a foot into boiling hot water. Very dangerous high temperature for the hot water partly burnt my foot. Not very safe for young children.
Excellent bed linen. Liked the pyjamas. Pillows were great. Room was comfromtable and a good size.
