Pros (+) We loved the incredible views from the ceiling to floor windows in the living/kitchen area! The two bedroom unit is set up so nicely and allowed for easy use for our family.
Cons (-) The poor staff is very small so they are all incredibly busy. The resort is intended to be a unique and beautiful experience with amenities to support the price tag. Not having enough staff to take care of the amenities like the pool, bar and hot tub makes it hard on the staff and the customers.

Pros (+) The room service was awful. The food was an hour getting to us and the food was cold and not what we expected.His excuse was he didn't have enough staff. Which I would have understood had he not told me he would be up in 30 minutes.
Cons (-) The suite was clean other than trash being left under the kitchen sink. It does has a nice view. Wish the front room would have had some kind of coverings over the windows the afternoon sun shines right on the TV but other than that it was an ok experience.

Pros (+) Beautiful view of the lake. The room was very clean, felt 100% comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They called to check if we needed anything, and when we requested a blanket, they brought it up to our room right away. Wonderful place to stay!
