Pros (+) The room was excellent. Very comfortable and well equipped. The beach facilities were also excellent and the cold towel and cold water were nice touches. The water sport facilities were the best I've seen anywhere for a long time
Cons (-) The staff on the whole were very warm, friendly and helpful . Only one or two were always a little surely. What took the edge off the dining experience were so many little things overlooked, missed or forgotten. Pepper but no salt on the table. Tea and coffee ordered but only the coffee delivered. Wrong wine given. Juice ordered but forgotten. The list was endless. Each item was petty on it's own ...
