The rooms are not well noise insulated. You can hear all the people walking around in front of the room and the cars from the street (albeit Albion st is a very quiet street

The location was absolutely beautiful. Surry Hills has amazing bars and restaurants and is so close to everything you would need in Chinatown, Sydney CBD, Circular Quay etc. It is also right next to Central train station, and very connected to buses and trams, but everything I wanted to do was a nice walking distance anyway. Small and friendly - very comfortable bed
Nothing to do with the Hotel but booking.com offered a free airport ride with this booking. That was hopeless - ended up getting a taxi after waiting around for 20 mins.

The team at Crystalbrook always go above and beyond to make me comfortable. The rooftop and honour bar are gorgeous unique touches, and you can't beat the location.

It was very personalised and we were looked after by Julian, the concierge at the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given great tips for restaurants.
Bed was particularly comfortable and bathroom was excellent, lovely bath and shower pressure aswell as all looking beautiful
