Only points I'd share here is that the housekeeping staff needed more training. Rooms took ages to be cleaned and sometimes towels and drinks were not replaced. I'd also like to suggest that they supply double bed duvets for the double beds as my wife and I had to each use separate duvets.Read more
Cozy hotel with well-kept area on the first line, close to Antalya airport. A large beach, divided by small piers into several sectors. The territory is quite compact for the number of rooms and guests. It can feel crowded, and the rooms themselves are very small. In general, the facilities and overall quality are more basic than what you might expect from a 5-star hotel — and it does get quite noisy at times.Read more
We had big problems with arriving to Antalya due to Turkish Airlines, we cake to resort 3 days late and that was a bad way to start our vacation but thanks to Mr. Ibrahim who did everything in his power not just to save our reservation but did much more to make our left days wonderful. I liked the ambiance, cleanliness, nature, sun loungers, children's pools, and the friendliness of most of the staff.
What I didn’t like about the hotel was, first of all, the uncomfortable mattress and pillow. I also think the area designated for children’s play should be better arranged. We had a great time at Crystal Flora as a family. There were lots of fun things to do for everyone. The kids spent a lot of time at the kids club. We liked the food options, especially the Turkish a la carte and the buffet.
Seafood a la carte and Mexican a la carte need improvement.
Great location, close to the mountain! Very green area. Amazing facilities and friendly personnel. It did not feel too crowded because the territory is big. My 3y.o. enjoyed a lot kids water slides, swimming pool and kids disco! Food in snack bars was good. Food in the main restaurant was good but repetitive. Spacious room and nice balcony.
Wifi was sporadic and almost every day I had to go to reception so they can connect me to wifi. For some reasons they do not share wifi password with anyone. It was a little annoying but on a bright side, noone from my work was able to reach me ))))
