Cons (-) I do not recommend this hotel for business trips. I have stayed at this hotel twice, and on both occasions, there were issues with the issuance of the factura. Despite requesting the factura during my stay, it was never sent. The response to email inquiries was very poor, wasting a lot of time to resolve the issue. You should consider staying at better hotels like Hilton.

Pros (+) Excellent experience. Facilities and staff: top notch. Had a simple breakfast in the dining room and it was excellent! Yogurt was unsweetened (thank you), berries and granola were fresh and plentiful. It’s the little things like this that truly make a difference in the experience. Muchísimas Gracias!
