I was warmly received by Mr. Ugurean, who was very friendly, and Mr. Sinan, who demonstrated both a welcoming attitude and a high level of professionalism. I requested a late check-out, and they were very accommodating. I truly appreciated their service, and because of these two employees, I look forward to returning to this hotel.

AVOID!!!!!!!! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! Don't be fooled by the 5-star rating or its association with IHG--it's a 2 at best. Check-in went smoothly, but my stay at the Crowne Plaza quickly went downhill. On 23rd April, a 6.2 earthquake struck Istanbul. This brings us to our final night (26th April), with a wedding, base music, megaphones, dancing and all, happening until midnight directly above us. Clean, English speaking staff, nice restaurants, more or less practical location.
The room we got wasn't interesting - view wasn't good, low ceiling height, on a small dark alley.
The staff were very helpful. The breakfast wast great and the views from the restaurants are lovely.
Our room was a bit smaller than I expected and there was a smell of damp when the AC was on. There was no where to "hang out" really unless you wanted to hang out at the Nero. You had to book the restaurants but there was no bar to sit at and enjoy the views as a guest
Unfortunately i was so disappointed during my stay in the hotel. Although the location was good but the room the front desk has given me was so bad in terms of the view. Restaurant, too many waitresses, talk too much to each other and forget the guest. Kitchen is not close to international standards, even they try their best
We were amazed by the ambiance of the hotel and our room and bed were so comfortable. A very new facility can be preferred with peace of mind.
Everything was perfect 10/10
