The staff were very attentive. The food was tasty and well prepared. We wanted somewhere peaceful and this was set well away from the madding crowd. To reach by car, you do need to travel down some narrow roads - not a problem if you are a good driver
Very charming hotel, it was extremely clean and staff were super friendly and welcoming.
Comfortable room with good facilities, very good food and breakfast. Lovely towels.
The bed quilts were a little small.

Situated in an idyllic country village the Crown and Garter was a wonderful base for our weekend wedding trip. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The Honesty Cafe attached to the hotel was delightful and breakfast was delicious. All in all very happy 😀

The pub was lovely and had a very welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were very attentive and happy to help. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and great to see only using local produce, where possible.
The rooms were lovely and well decorated, but you can hear your neighbours, but not the end of the world.
The staff were very friendly. The food was good. They let us have a late check out.
Very nice pub, spotlessly clean. Nice rooms with large, very comfortable beds. The pub is very nice and offers great food. Easy but nice walks around the small village of Inkpen. Would come again.
