It’s location and it’s pet friendly
That I booked a room for 2 nights PET FRIENDLY and could only stay one I had To try to find another place . I booked over a month in advance . Very stressful . There was blood on the door in the washroom,there was dog poop around the entrances I had to clean . The dogs was all rusty. For the price I paid not worth it
The room was really clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous. For us, the location is perfect.

No full breakfast
Quiet, clean and minutes from all main roads in the city. It's our go to place to stay when in the city.
Would love a microwave in the room for warming our food seeing as there is no restaurant in the hotel. It would be great to warm up a slice of pizza as a nighttime snack before bed. Something to consider.
Having a balcony and convient location for out of town guest
Small thin pillows.. very uncomfortable chairs in room.. very small tv, no microwave. Not enough towles

Never had breakfast. Location was perfect for what I needed it for.
The pillows are not great and I think microwaves should be in all the rooms
