Pros (+) We were in Osaka for just one day and this was a perfect location to take in Dotonburi and Namba neighborhoods on foot. The room and facilities and guest coffee were very good.
Cons (-) It was pretty loud on a Saturday night with muscle cars racing around.

Pros (+) Location - close to everything (shopping, metro) Front Desk Staff - very courteous (always smiling) Room - spacious for 3 ppl, bed is so comfortable, very clean Bathroom - very clean, warm toilet seat, separate private shower room Breakfast buffet- great variety of food (love Ryan’s omelette) Baggage service is a bonus. They delivered our heavy luggage to our next destination hotel in Tokyo.
