Pros (+) The room was spacious, bed comfortable. Good shower and bathtub. Lots of furniture. Amazing views and river. Good parking space. Easy to find and has a petrol station right outside which was quite convenient.
Cons (-) The breakfast buffet is a bit basic because you have to order and that takes a bit long to wait. Coffee wasn’t great. Room a bit noisy even wearing earplugs.

Pros (+) The friendly, skilled, and excellent,staff made the holiday an absolute pleasure. The location is perfect if you need a relaxing escape from modern life. The combination of the river, bird life and a beautiful green valley give you little slice of heaven. I recently lost my wife and needed somewhere to heal. This place gave me that restful place, to find my own peace.

Pros (+) Lovely location! We had a family room which was a very comfortable and clean. I liked that there was a separate area for our child to sleep. Bathroom was huge with nice toiletries. Breakfast was good! Staff were lovely and friendly!
Cons (-) Just a few more plug sockets needed in the room.

Pros (+) Location great and lovely grounds. Friendly staff, hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Very dog friendly, our two loved it here.
Cons (-) Food is over priced and limited choice which is a shame as we would have eaten there more.

Pros (+) Beautiful location and easy ten minute walk to the centre of Betws-y-Coed. Staff welcoming, friendly and efficient.
Cons (-) A more varied dinner menu would have been great. Not a criticism just that nothing took our fancy.
