Pretty much everything …. It gives you an escape from the city. Clean and extremely friendly but very professional staff. A special shout out the lady that took us for the gave drive , her name starts with “Pre”…. She made it so special for us.
We couldn’t enjoy our breakfast outside because of the monkeys , so I wish they can look into putting some kind of enclosure to keep them out.

Beautiful setting overlooking the Magaliesberg mountains. Exceptional staff. Wonderful spacious and comfortable rooms. The Spa was excellent. All meals were delicious. We will definitely be back.

The staff gave exceptional service. The hot tub was amazing. Spa treatment was absolutely wonderful. Food was really tasty. Great , quiet views. Wonderful staycation

We liked the peaceful and relaxation environment. We were I pressed by the process of communication amongst staff members which made our stay pleasant. SPA experience was great, staff proffesional and gave us welcoming drinks. Paperwork was quick and place is clean.
Unfortunately, we didn't like the dinner setup at the restaurant as we feel it was lacking an effort for the package as compared to the root setup which was less of the package. We highly recommend that this be improved looking at the package fo it. The artwork was great but something is missing.

Comfortable room; exceptional service; delicious premium meals; and a lovely birthday note in the chalet upon arrival.
Waited a while to be collected in the parking lot but understandably the lodge was busy receiving many guests.
The meals were lovely! the room was so well furnished, bed was super comfortable.
The creme brulee dessert for dinner was not up to scratch. However when I complained they took it off the bill and brought a complimentay dessert to our room - THANK YOU!
