The team could not accommodate with early and late check-in/checkout, based on special requests. The reception team that assisted when checking out and taking final payment, costed me extra in bank charges by not informing us that speed point entries must be in SA rands and not Foreign exchange. My final payment had to be reversed and recharged. Hence i was charged 3 times bank charges.Read more

The stuff was amazing, and the fact that it is so remote, we wanted to rest and we got just that. The skyroom is just the best with that jacuzzi.
Limited menu to choose from, we were there for just three nights and we were already running out of breakfast and dinner ideas.

The property needs to find a better outlet for the smoke from the hot tub. It seemed faulty and was suffocating, it made it difficult to relax on the balcony while it was smoking.

There was no fruit offered and the breakfast team was not very helpful. We had to go and look for a staff member to get our coffee. A cheese and fruit platter at dinner was such a disappointment.
