Staff were incredibly warm and accomodating to my family. The breakfast has a very large range of food and drinks to appease anyones liking. Although very pleasant it is not the cheapest, this also applies to the food which again was very nice but considering how inexpensive it generally is to eat out in south korea, wasn't exceptional value. Far from overpriced though. The laundry service is per-item and quite expensive so be aware if you are planning to use that.Read more

We had a room with two beds on the 16th floor with lake view. The beds were very comfortable. There was no noise from other rooms, the hall, or from outside. A special feature is the wall of the bathroom towards the front of the room: it is made of glass. But don't worry: there is a switch in the bathroom to turn the glass opaque!
