The property is clean with easy access around the hotel. Walking distance to Old Town Phuket which is about a 2 minute walk. The staff were amazing and the beds are very comfortable. Room sizes are good as well, definitely worth the money. There are a few restaurants within the hotel and the pool is cool with sun beds and a bar.

The hotel'a location is good--1 km away from Phuket historical walking street on foot. There are also many local eateries and convenience stores. Can be a good base if you plan to visit the islands. Hotel has a gym and a pool.

Would be better if liquid hand wash and a bigger bottle of either mild or perfume free body lotion is provided.
Food was excellent, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. Rooms was big, we stayed here for 2 nights with 3 kids and were very comfortable. The kids club was wonderful.
Amazing staff who make you feel wecome and go above and beyond to make your stay a most wonderful experience. Wonderful facilities and rooms. The restauraunts and dining facilities including pool service and buffett breakfast were all supurb and never failed to delight.
