I canceled my reservation after checking in and they charged me the full amount of 4 nights because the reservation was through booking.com. Excellent bathrooms. Comfy bed and great rooms. Breakfast was great too. No complaints. Excellent accessibility to the old market
Might be good to label the breakfast for vegetarian options, that would make life easy for some people. But that's a very minor concern.
Clean environment. Friendliness and responsiveness of hotel staff. Able to resolve our accommodation issues. It was a little noisy with stomping on the first night. Informed staff and they were quick to provide an upgrade and settle us in a quieter room. Overall, we were happy with the stay.
Was trying to figure out how to switch off the toilet light.

The property is clean with easy access around the hotel. Walking distance to Old Town Phuket which is about a 2 minute walk. The staff were amazing and the beds are very comfortable. Room sizes are good as well, definitely worth the money. There are a few restaurants within the hotel and the pool is cool with sun beds and a bar.

The hotel'a location is good--1 km away from Phuket historical walking street on foot. There are also many local eateries and convenience stores. Can be a good base if you plan to visit the islands. Hotel has a gym and a pool.
