Pros (+) Absolutely stunning accommodations, very classy, very clean, highly professional staff. The pool bar and the lounge chairs in the water are highly understated. Many dining options on the premesis. Clean room and a mall right across the street if you still feel up to exploring!
Cons (-) The airport shuttle only went to the airport every hour so we ended up getting a grab because the timing didn’t line up with our trip

Cons (-) The restaurant did not not follow our instructions. We ordered from the al la cartel menu and asked that the dishes were made ‘non-spicy’. However these instructions were not followed and we were unable to finish our meal.

Pros (+) I booked this hotel because of its location close to the airport. I had a connecting flight with a very early departure. My arrival in Bangkok was also early, so the included shuttle service upon arrival and departure was really helpful. The ride between the hotel and the airport takes about 20 minutes. The communication with the hotel was timely and smooth, and everything worked as planned. I che...

Pros (+) Great hotel in a good location with a convenient pick up and drop off to the airport. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool area was great. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons (-) We paid for lunch as part of a package but did not realise the choice would be so limited. Could only have very few set items off the menu - none of which we really wanted.
