Cons (-) Staff not very good - lots of bar staff (4) but they didn't know what they were doing and were being supervised/trained - would have been better for the bar manager to just serve the 2 customers present himself. Breakfast was good except the fruit salad was off and tasted fizzy.

Pros (+) The bar closes at 10pm , which for a central London hotel is very odd and feel this should be noted somewhere.. We paid nearly £600 for 2 nights and hoped to enjoy the rooftop terrace bar after the show but no such luck

Pros (+) Incredibly friendly, clean and spacious hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for you.
Cons (-) Only confusion/suggestion is to adapt food menu to include children’s options. Eventually I was able to order fish fingers and chips for my 6 year old but it wasn’t an option available on the menu and it took a long time to explain what I needed
