On beach, free chairs, umbrellas, drink/ food service on beach/pool. Large, well stocked shower. Friendly, efficient staff, free vallet parking, incredibly responsive air con, fast elevators, late night open indoor and outdoor bar
Forgot to clean room one night. No bar soap for shower, just shower gell.
First time to Vero Beach and this place was fantastic! Close to great shops and great restaurants.

We loved the location , the view from our room, the breakfast and the service at the beach. Also being greeted with champagne is a nice touch after arriving from the airport.
House keeping did forget about us one day but they came immediately after we notified the desk!
Everything! Staff lovely, location great, breakfast top notch and whole general surroundings beautiful. Room large, well appointed, tastefully decorated and stunning balcony overlooking the beach which is so close. Felt like a real 5 star experience!

Need more lunch and dinner choices on menu. Get the Cuban theme but to much Cuban on the menus. Not even a burger or regular sandwich choices.

The coffee machine in the room is not up to the standard of the hotel and its price.
