The staff was amazing and always very helpful! We had an issue with our room, and we got moved to another room without any issues. The hotel is directly by the beach, with swimming pools that kids loved! The restaurant was excellent as well, the breakfast was excellent and we had dinner almost every day there, the food is very well prepared!

The access to the beach from the hotel is excellent, the restaurant has a great view and the breakfast is pretty good.
Small room, I was also able to hear kids screaming next door and their parents early in the morning all I was looking was a pleasant sleep. :/
The hotel was clearly one of the best ones in the island but the overall infrastructure is very old and at least for me the price per night is significantly higher than what you receive
There was a very large insect in the bathroom and both the toilet and the sink were clogged. That is stuff that can not happen in a place with a very high price per night. Simply not acceptable.
Everything went fine, since the booking, reception, check in, food, checkout…
No complaint about the Hotel. My family and I want to return during summer time.

I lost my corporate phone who didnt exit the room… nobody found it.
The Staff was super friendly and competent. The breakfast had all we wanted, tasty and good quality. The beach is super beautiful. Restaurant on the beach served a super Caipirinha and food. Pool is nice and clean. Thank you very much for the perfect stay to the Hotel Team.
Beach front jacuzzi, 2 swimming pools, beach service, great breakfast and location. The staff at the hotel was really nice.
The place needs renovation. It’s already old.
The views from the chalets are amazing. The location is perfect. Food is delicious and the service is 100%. Love staying here!
