I liked the hotel. It's very classy and would get 5 stars back home, no doubt. Everything was superb. When I needed to extend my stay, the receptionist took care of it in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant is to a very good standard also and well worth a visit. Booking is a good idea at busy times and can be done by dialling 888. The windows in my room were missing a casement stay, so I had to use spoons and the iron etc.... The quilt was too warm, so I just used the cover and the pillows were too chunky for me, so I used a cushion in a pillow case.Read more
Everything! Fantastic experience start to finish. The staff were fabulous, the room was spotless, the beds were heaven and the food was unbelievable.

Clean, everything from shower to air conditioning functioned very well. Staff was wonderful. Restaurant was exquisite.

The hotel was very good, and the staff was friendly. We booked the 'Junior Suite', which was nice, but the fact it had no windows with a view to the street was a bit disappointing for a junior suite category (the room did have sky windows which let in natural light but no street view). Other than that, everything was really very good.
