Rooms lacked the comfort and standards typically expected from international 5 star hotel, housekeeping staff very loud, turn-down service inconsistent, bed extremely uncomfortable, no air-conditioning in April, no concierge service.
Breakfast was excellent, good food and people, good service !
The roof top bar was disappointing. We have been told we could not get any snacks or not even nibbles with our drinks because the season was not open yet. Not a good point for an hotel of this price and standing sorry !!! Also, we broke a wine glass in our room and it was not replaced. Water bottles were not free and not replaced either. Staff were friendly & helpful. Provided for any needs we had. Loved location to old city, walkable.
The hotel is a two minute walk from the main gate to the old town, so the location is excellent. Cars cannot easily enter the old town, so it pays to be just outside so that your taxi or rideshare can drop you off at the hotel itself. We weren’t told the hours of breakfast at check in, and in result slept through it by 10 minutes. Staff were accommodating and let us pick out food from what was left of the buffet, but this could have been easily resolved by being told the hours of breakfast when we first arrived.
Very nice, modern, clean Hotel. Perfect stay in City. Big recomendation. We will come back für sure!
