Great location in Mong Kok. Close to everything and easily accessible via MTR or Uber/Taxis. The hotel was so clean and nice. Staff were attentive and the room was always cleaned. The gym was great to use. Not many hotel gyms have a full rack/barbell set up, and also plenty of machines and free weights.
I found the bedding to be a bit uncomfortable for myself. You did have the option to change pillows, but the charge was a bit steep. Room is always at a premium in Hong Kong, so come expecting to pack light/keep tidy.

Breakfast buffet was mostly pork, but upon request they prepared chicken and fish for us.
Great location. In Kawloon so not on HK Island but was perfect location for our family (kids - 12, 12, 14). Ladies night markets with fake goods, is 5 minute walk so fun to explore. Ask the hotel for restaurant recommendations as it was confusing as so many options. Excellent shopping centre connected to the hotel. Very easy reach to subway to get to HK island
The pool bar could have served alcohol. Would have loved a cold beer sat in the sunshine.

I liked the room and the breakfast. All so the quality of the staffs is very good.
