Need to improve cleaning
We have been upgrade to a better room view witch was nice. The roof top is really nice , great view. Room was nice and clean, bed confortable.
The pool was dirty , the water was not do clear i was scared to swim in, sad because thats why we choose the hôtel. The music played at the pool was annoying... you just want to enjoy the view quietly dont need any piano spa style music! The super king bed
The photos are not accurate. The hotel is quite old and rundown with poor renovations. Pool was cloudy and couldn’t swim. Ants in the bed and runnings on bed head and lots of bag moths nests in bathroom.
Excellent room with sea view, comfortable bed, bath tub was good, great view from the roof top and pool
The main door of the room wasn't locking, & the windows were not closing. In spite of reminders to the reception, this was not fixed. Swimming pool needs cleaning ...
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Room was dirty, I had a plant full of dust removed from the room. Hallways, Pool and pretty much everywhere you were was also dirty, the pool lacks overflow and thus accumulates grime. Hallway carpets were dirty to the point where you wouldn’t look down. Handyman intruded into the room without prior announcement, we weren‘t there and he was friendly but I want to know things like this.

the room was so spacious and the beds were really comfy. I stayed here back in March and they have made a lot of upgrades to the hotel -- we got lucky and had a room on hte 19th floor with an incredible view of the city.
the front stairs should have railings, but NONE of the hotels in Da Nang have railings, so if you have mobility issues you are stuck.

The hotel was better than I expected. Good location, good choice of eating places and close to the beach. The breakfast was exceptional. Really enjoyed our stay 😁👍 The only downside was the bathroom shower drainage was slow so we would not recommend using the rain shower
