Very clean and lovely to stay in, staff cleaned it everyday and done it amazingly!
TV wasn’t working, but the issue was compensated.
- spacious and well designed rooms - large pool area - extensive breakfast buffet - friendly staff
- loud music everywhere all the time - live music of mediocre quality every evening until 11pm which could be heard loudly in the room - the staff at the breakfast service regularly forgot the coffee orders - the bath towels sometimes smelled unpleasant

The pool area is amazing, very nice, calm vibe. The room was big and had a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains.
For some reason if the key card is not in, the cleaning staff can't see the "do not disturb" sign. When we came back into our room we saw a third key card in because someone came inside even though the do not disturb button was pressed. Everything was amazing!
I didn't expected to be still "crowded" this time a year. But it didn't bothered me. Still had an amazing stay.
The hotel is aesthetically stunning and so beautiful to be in. What really makes this hotel stand out from others is the members of staff. They are absolute credit to the hotel. Immediately they upgraded our room without any fuss to accommodate us and thought our entire stay were so helpful, kind, warm and friendly. The environment was very welcoming, serene, calming and peaceful. Breakfast was top notch, variety of foods I wished I paid for the half board. Everywhere was clean all you have to do it bring a bikini n enjoy your trip. The bar staffs were my best buddies lol lovely set of people.
No ironing service within the resort, uses external service that takes about 2days to return cloth. Wish I had knowledge of this but it didn’t affect my stay. Regardless, it was a beautiful experience.
