Pros (+) Service was top notch. Mostafa our personal experience manager was an amazing host and always kept us feeling welcomed. The privacy in the hotel is great, private pool villas where a dream. Definitely always staying there

Cons (-) The price, the limited parking space, the light in the room, there was no remote control for the TV in the room, very little Nescafé packets and coffee mate (2 only), the amenities were not in the room and I have to request, the room was not cleaned although we requested that and we need to go again to reception to make second request and the bed wasn’t comfortable.
