We weren't late: we came in at 10:00, and officially breakfast is served until 11:00. We were also asked for a 50€ deposit "in case of property damage", which is very unpleasant. Pros (+) Good location, a lovely hotel restaurant, and very friendly staff.
Cons (-) The view from the window was disappointing – it overlooked a glass roof and an inner courtyard. The breakfast selection was relatively small, but everything was delicious.

Cons (-) We took the big room of around 50m2 and we paid 260 EUR per month. For this price it was a bit too much considering the level of the breakfast, quality of towels, etc.
