Pros (+) The front desk staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of dishes. The tv in my room did not work and the breakfast staff were not friendly, so that was disappointing.

Pros (+) The breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied and attractive. The coffee was gorgeous. The hotel reception staff were friendly, very helpful and kind. The bed was super comfy and cosy. The hotel had a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere and the staff who made up the rooms were exceptional. Check in/check out was great.
