Pros (+) Pool attendants and restaurant staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
Cons (-) The check-in process by far. Not only was the room not available on time, the front desk staff were not the least apologetic or contrite about the delay I have read other reviews and this seems to be a constant problem.

Pros (+) The location and the breakfast buffet was yummy especially the a la cart menu.
Cons (-) The smell of of food is everywhere in the corridor of our room which was in a high floor. Also, the smell of humidity was a big bad with the furniture. They could use some scented refreshers.

I was at this hotel for business. The hotel was beautiful. The room was beautiful, clean and I had a beautiful partial ocean view. The Tower side is the newest part of the hotel where I stayed. Cons (-) Arriving at 10am except check in wasn’t until 4pm. Was told at 3pm room was ready then told by porter room wasn’t ready issue with plumbing told would be allocated another room an hour later given the same room but our cases had been delivered to someone else’s room even though they were clearly labelled. Pros (+) This oceanfront property has great views, cooling winds, lots of sunshine, delicious restaurant food (the coconut French toast was the best French toast ever!!!) and is in the perfect location for what I needed. The concierge was very helpful in recommending and arranging tours. The staff at the pools and the restaurant were very kind, attentive and helpful. The wristband keys are wonderful!
Cons (-) I can’t think of anything- unless it was the drifting cigar smoke.
