Pros (+) It located near to the masjid and plaza shah alam. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The breakfast could be improved, as the quality and taste did not quite justify the RM66 price. I stayed on Level 9. The toilet flush didn’t work properly. I had to flush multiple times and even filled the trash can with water to help flush everything down.

Cons (-) Should indicate non-smoking and smoking room,my room was very heavy smell of smoke,my kids was not really comfortable with it. F.O staff need to have a smile face and should greet when they face to guest. I'm Hotelier for 20 years,working in Singapore,so my expectations were not there,just okay only my stay.

Pros (+) - Located strategically near to Plaza Massalam and Mosque. - Wide queen bed
Cons (-) - Dysfunctional telephone (Not wired) - Room cleanliness was just okay, it should be improved. - Cracked spot bath tub. It was patched, however it will be risky for guests with heavier weight. - Breakfast was mediocre, most of the food doesn’t taste as good as I expected. - Air conditioning is not cold even the meter already turned 5 degree celcius.
