Pros (+) The heated pool outside is great. Breakfast ok. Location ok. The rooms are clean.
Cons (-) There is no link between the complex and the indoor pool, you have to walk outside a few minutes or change in the lockers at the pool, so in the winter is annoying. The indoor pool is slippery. The restaurant service is awful, unorganized, we waited over an hour for the food.

They sit in one stall of the restaurant talking to eachother, speaking about what other staff members don't do or do instead of greeting and attending to the tables! I actually seen an interaction with a young couple that came for i think their first day weighting and the level of disrespect the old staff gave them... This didn't happen 2 yea...

Pros (+) The pool was clean with a lot of chairs and nice music.. The room was clean.
Cons (-) Not all rooms have balconies (there is nothing about this in property's website). My room was one without balcony at the same price. Bathroom had a bad smell. There is no kettle, tea or coffee in room.. Food choices at restaurant very limited.
