Our second visit, this time with our dog. Ideal environment for her and our ground floor room with doors opening to courtyard/terrace was perfect. We love the fact that the rooms have a small kitchen area, so limited ‘self catering’ is possible. Access to the spa is good, lovely thermal pool, jacuzzi etc. Lectoure is a nice town with plenty of places to eat and beautiful countryside around.
A bit of confusion over pricing of ‘extras’ (breakfast and pet charge). Outdated prices in hotel brochure in the room and on back of door led to some embarrassment on both sides when settling up. No excuse for this really - they’ve had all winter to get this sorted! I still think 15 euros per night is a lot for a pet charge and can never really understand what it is supposed to be for…?

Beautifully renovated hotel in a good location in Lectoure. High-quality and tasteful architecture and furnishings.
The rooms on the second floor unfortunately have windows without a view! The village is located in one of the most beautiful landscapes in France - and the room only has windows in the roof. You can only see the sky. Hence the clear devaluation in the overall rating. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to offer me another room in the same category (Studio Deluxe) due to the booking situation

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Easy parking, welcoming, comfortable, perfect location, easy access to spa, lovely room, equipment, the ability to self cater….a great experience.
We have only one small issue - for us who eat a small breakfast, the price is just not good value. However, turning this into a positive, next time we will do our own breakfast in our room. We applaud the fact that this hotel is perfectly at ease with guests self catering, and provides excellent facilities in the room for this purpose.
Beautiful building, great access to the Thermal Spa in Lectoure. Very clean and vert attentive staff.
Rooms on second floor lack any view from windows
The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were first rate, although we did not use the pool, spa, or hot tub because I did not bring a Speedo-style swim trunks.

Loved everything- excellent renovation in such a beautiful situation. Ramparts, main shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance and convenient free parking opposite the hotel. Lift, comfortable sitting areas and delicious breakfast.

Amazing garden, rooms nice, very nicely renovated.
Breakfast was ok, sub standard for the rest. Spa small, opening hours inconvinient, not so nice.
