The staff are fantastic! Very helpful with any requests such as a hairdryer, bike rentals, massage treatments and a heavier blanket for the bed. The breakfast was very good; we had the pancakes every morning which filled us. Value for money is brilliant!
The walk to the hotel was about 15 minutes which was difficult with heavy suitcases. Although this is standard for majority of accommodations in Gili T and for the price we paid we were very happy!

- Extremely noisy. Impossible to sleep properly because of the sounds from surroundings (roosters, chicken, street..). Soundproofing is inexistent - Dusty and bathrooms are not very clean (mouldy sink)

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was lovely, especially the fruit, coffee and the pancakes. Safety of the hotel is good. Location is decent but not the nearest if you wish to be on the front. WiFi was ok, the bed was comfy, availability of sun-beds was good. Good price on bike rental.
No duvet provided, a very thin sheet meant we were cold sleeping (we turned air con off to be warmer). The pool was not clean as had a thin layer of film/something slick on top, didn’t use the pool. I will highlight the staff that work here. Breakfast is pretty good as well.

Facilities were ok and it was clean. Checkin time worked well
Only came with a sheet not a duvet. The bathroom had open blocks so was worried about mosquitos getting into the room. Checkout time is a little early at 1030am
Very comfortable stay! The room was spacious and nicely furnished, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The hotel staff were nice and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I booked a standard room and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I initially booked a standard room but later upgraded to a deluxe room, expecting a better experience. However, the deluxe room actually felt smaller than the standard one. Aside from a view of the shared pool, there was very little difference between the two in terms of layout or amenities.
