Very clean, very well organised. Staff are super friendly, polite! I got a free upgrade in my room that I didn’t ask for. The manager was super friendly and always was on hand for suggestions on what to do on the island. Food was really good, Pizza is 10/10! The morning breakfast was perfect, the pool was clean! Honestly this place is worth the money!
The gym needs more equipment, this is the only thing letting down the property!
The Cocana resort is a new facility in excellent condition. The one-bedroom pool villa we stayed in was very comfortable and quiet despite being close to several entertainment venues. The beach, beach bar and sunsets were a highlight. The staff were very friendly and always did their best to assist.
While it wasn't a negative for us, Gili Trawangan is very definitely a "party" island with lots happening especially in the evening and nighttime. The Cocana resort is located on the western side of the Gili which is relatively quieter than the eastern side.
The room... The food... The staff... All great....

Grossly Overpriced for what it was, staff not well trained, Breakfast was way below expectation.

Choice of food, mainly it is big choice of pizza, some fast food options, but not too much healthy options and veggie options . Prices are high all around the island, very high prices

stunning hotel!!! the staff were all lovely, food in the restaurant was delicious, rooms were so comfortable, reasonably priced and on nice quiet side of the island. room also refilled glass water bottles provided in rooms everyday and not use plastic bottles.
