The terrace on the top floor apartment is huge and nice, you see both sunrise and sunset. Rooms were older but very clean. Hotel has a big swimming pool - water was quite cold (last decade of September) Hotel restaurant has a small kids play area - so parents can enjoy breakfast in peace :D Good coffee and breakfast incl. champagne :)
I am wondering why there is no bridge over the canal that would enable direct access to the beaches.. that wold make the beach easily accessible by foot. You have to walk around the water reservoir / water canal for at least 15-20 minutes to reach first beach, even though it's quite close.. Breakfast was very basic, the tables were sloppy, almost looked unhygenic… the staff was very friendly, the rooms are basic but clean and spacious…
Room nice and clean and big...but facilities of pool and sun loungers...terrible, restaurant very basic...and while staff very accommodating, the management needs to look to modernise and get painting the pool area and new flowers, sun loungers and invest...etc....
Very dated and overpriced....it felt like a hostel...but unfortunately had 5 star prices....so very disappointed...not sure how its getting high ratings on booking !!!
It was very clean and well located as per the advertisement. The pool was lovely and warm and clean. The staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable.
We did pay quite a lot for this property on half board and the photos make it look slightly more upgraded than it is. It’s a little bit more old fashioned than expected but we still loved our stay and would return. The sunbeds at the pool could do with updating as they are getting a little worn. Nice hotel with a big parking, so you don't have to worry about where will you park your car. It has a great swimming pool, pretty big with a lot of beach beds and umbrellas. The breakfast was solid but a bit basic - it had freshly squeezed orange and prosecco but no vegetables or salads and only one type of cheese. The pasticiotto was store bought but excellent! It's not really near the beach; you need to walk some 10-15 minutes. The fridge in the room was not working. We asked for a replacement but didn't get it. There was also no kettle in the room. Everything else was really OK; it is a solid hotel.Read more
The room was clean. The terrace would need some repairs. The breakfast may be better. No vegetables at all. Only toast bread, no normal bread or panini. Only one type of cheese and ham. We would appreciate more info how to reach the beaches etc. from the staff. The swimming pool is nice and clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They could not do enough for us. They helped us organise ourselves .and give us pointers where to go in town. The waiters at the breakfast buffet were exceptional. Highly recommend this place five minute car drive out of the busy city centre
