position close to old town, cleanliness and kindness of the staff
nice room, with pleasant view from the large balcony. great breakfast. There is not much space to park the car in the street, but there are a couple of places available in a covered courtyard adjoining the botel, with direct access to the reception, and where the staff allowed me to park my car. that was very convenient.

The hotel provided a pleasant stay for six nights with my grandma. The room was clean and modern, featuring comfortable beds and an A/C that kept us warm during the winter nights. The only downside was the breakfast, which didn’t meet my standards. While they served smoked salmon and a cheese platter, we noticed that the food was left uncovered, causing it to dry out. We stayed for 3 days here. Staff were excellent and very supportive. Facilities were good and clean. Only thing I would like to change is the AC should be in normal mode and let the customer adjust according to his comfort. The AC was running on Heat mode.
Not many options in the restaurant for vegetarians.

The hotel staff were extremely kind and respectful. secondly: The hotel is quiet and clean, there is complete sound insulation and the heating system is very good. Breakfast is varied and rich every day. Also the room size is very suitable.
I liked everything
The location is in the center of the old city. The staff is wonderful
When arrived to the room: 1. The heater hadn't worked - staff gave a portable heater. 2. The TV not worked. 3. Missing glass door in the bathroom - all the water goes out when taking a shower.
Great Hotel, slightly away from the city center, Rooms are very modern and clean. We loved the balcony in our room, provided great views of the city. Staff were very professional and courteous, especially the Front desk staff. Breakfast could use some improvement, especially a live counter for eggs.
