Cons (-) Because of a strong smell of cigarette inside the room, I couldn't sleep well. My room was NON SMOKING. Smell was coming from another room, maybe through air conducts. Inacceptable !

Pros (+) Its clean and close to the airport and its location is good in general.
Cons (-) I didn’t quite like the customer service, my friends thought so too. However, i would like to mention that Mustaqeem from the housekeeping team was really nice and welcoming. He is in charge of the 5th floor and I appreciated that he kept the room clean and made sure i enjoyed my stay and was comfortable with everything. Overall he was very good at hospitality.

Pros (+) It provided a shuttle from the airport and that was a huge help. Room was large and comfortable. It had everything one needs to a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again.
