Pros (+) View over the golden horn, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, were all heavenly. The staff were amazing, thanks to them all. The ones I remember the names: Parisa, Huda, Aziz (from restaurant), awesome service and very nice and accommodating.
Cons (-) Not much really. Occasionally, there might be some misunderstanding (lost in translation?!), when you ask for one thing and something else is done :) but very accommodating, and doing what you asked for quickly.

Pros (+) Breakfast was 10/10. food and view wise! Staff were great and very friendly (shoutout to Samir, Tugce and Huda). Room was clean and tidy and the room service was great with very good portions and delicious food.
Cons (-) Nothing much to do around the hotel area. However, they provide free shuttles to drop you to important attractions in Istanbul.
