Pros (+) I really liked the location of the hotel, and the views were amazing. You could also see that the staff made a genuine effort to be helpful.
Cons (-) We knew that the rooms would be smaller than usual, and we were prepared for that. However, I think the hotel has more potential. For example, there is a picture on the wall, but I believe it would be more practical to use that space for a shelf. I also felt that at least two additional hooks were missing in the bathroom. Pros (+) Great location, friendly and helpful staff, great price
Cons (-) Room size! I had a corner room which was smaller than the other queen rooms. It felt tight and cramped in the bathroom especially. If I was sharing the room it would have been difficult or if I was a larger person trying to get in and out of the bathroom would be uncomfortable.

Pros (+) Great location mid-town New York; close to attractions, restaurants and travel links. The accommodation was imaginatively designed to utilise the limited space. Staff very friendly.
Cons (-) Very compact, could have used a bit more hanging space in the room. The housekeeping seemed unusually complex to organise - apparently requiring specific instructions each day rather than defaulting to the sign on the room.

Pros (+) Very charismatic hotel in top location. Friendly staff and nice rooftop (even I was not able to visit)
Cons (-) Showering leads to a flooded bath as there is no seperation. Breakfast is disappointing in matter of quality an variety.
