Location was convenient. Bed was comfortable.
Rooms are quite small and there is no kettle for tea or so on which for a 3star is the basics. When offering in booking prices should be final, is a bit annoying when you see the final costs all additional taxes or so on added, is a bit misleading
Extremely clean rooms, friendly staff, great location and views from the window. There's also a lovely rooftop bar with stunning views on the city skyline!
The room was so tiny we barely had the space for opening our luggage
In the heart of Manhattan, just two blocks from Times Square. The rooms was very clean and the staff was always smiling. I would definitely come back here.

Really nice rooms, they are small but designed with care and utility in mind. We had a beautiful view from the window. The check-in process was fast, and in general the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are really comfortable. The rooftop bar is also very nice and convenient.
Every member of staff in this hotel was exceptionally helpful, courteous and friendly. The decor of the hotel is very tasteful, and our room and all areas were spotless. Enjoyed both bars, and especially the view from the 27th floor. An exceptionally pleasant hotel to stay at, and we will be back.

Great location! Close to central park for morning running and super close to all broadway musicals. Took us 5 minutes to get there on foot. Plenty of eating and evening options around
I knew the rooms would be small and my husband had to climb over me to get to his half of bed (but he had the window after all!;) i only missed the closet! There were hangers in a very small space so i had to hang my dresses on bed frame and keep the clothes in the suitcase.
The hotel staff was very supportive and did everything possible to make our stay great. The location is hard to beat!
Loved the decor, the location, and the Staff, they were all pleasant and very helpful with questions. Sekou went above and beyond helping us with changing some of our reservations.
